Today, Priscilla Gonzalez continues that legacy with a focus on quality and thoughtful processing. Bambito’s shaded slopes and terrain create ideal growing conditions, while careful processing has earned the farm recognition at the Best of Panama competition. This washed Catuai and Caturra lot offers a bright, sweet, and approachable cup, with crisp fruit notes and a smooth, lingering sweetness.
