Shipping & Return Policy
All online coffee orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm (noon) PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. If an order is placed during the weekend (after 12pm PST on Friday, or later) it will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping rate is charged based on the rates set by our third-party carriers and orders above $40 will be shipped for free (U.S. only). Default shipping service will be carried by UPS, unless otherwise needed (Hawaii, PR etc). We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Due to the perishable nature, we do not accept returns on coffee and tea purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your coffee or tea purchase, please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to work something out for you.
Merchandise returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. All returned merchandise must be unused and undamaged with all packaging contents. Please check product descriptions on our website for any additional return policy information, or email us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
