All online coffee orders are shipped every Monday and Friday of the week. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be shipped by Monday and orders placed on Tuesday through Thursday will shipped by Friday.
Shipping rate is charged based on the rates set by our third-party carriers and orders above $40 will be shipped for free (U.S. only). We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Due to the perishable nature, we do not accept returns on coffee and tea purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your coffee or tea purchase, please reach us at email@example.com. We will do our best to work something out for you.
For all other merchandise purchases, you can return within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be unused and undamaged with all packaging contents.
