Eulises Guzman is a third-generation coffee grower at La Lomita, where he cultivates Pink Bourbon and Caturra varietals using sustainable and environmentally-focused practices. Since discovering specialty coffee in the early 2000s, he has standardized his processing methods and elevated his quality, transforming the craft his father taught him into a means of providing education and dignity for his family.
Beyond producing exceptional coffee, Eulises has become a community leader dedicated to environmental stewardship and knowledge sharing. He hosts workshops at his farm, teaching fellow producers about regenerative farming techniques, biodiversity conservation, and responsible soil management—addressing the challenges facing coffee farmers while building a more resilient and sustainable agricultural community
