Santa Elisa is an estate located in the Acatenango region of Guatemala. The region is named after the iconic and massive volcanoes, Acatenango and Fuego, with Fuego being considered one of the most active volcanoes in the world. Such unique growing conditions play a major role in the quality of the coffee from this area. With 360 hectares of planted coffee, it was a struggling farm until recent years, undergoing an extensive renovation and changes in innovative farm management, leading to more productive and higher quality yields.

We are honored to partner directly with these producers through our friend, Dan at Los Volcanes Coffee, who we have known for years and graciously hosted our team at their headquarters and local coffee farms near Guatemala City.
