This coffee comes to us through Antonio Giron's partnership with Cafeología. Based in Chiapas, Mexico, Cafeología is dedicated to strengthening coffee communities by combining scientific research, education, and direct collaboration with producers. Their work supports small farmers, helping preserve traditional practices while fostering innovation and creating opportunities for future generations.

Grown at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,800 meters in Chiapas's fertile volcanic soils, this coffee offers bright, fruity notes with a smooth body—a reflection of the region's ideal growing conditions and the collective dedication of an entire community working together to elevate quality while honoring generations of sustainable farming tradition.
