This coffee is our second offering selected from our trip to origin, at the incredible Finca Santa Cruz, in Chiapas' Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. With each sip we experience further proof of José Argüello and his teams' dedication to the growing, harvesting and processing of the coffee. Many of the remarkable qualities of the Gesha are present in this coffee as well; mild acidity, the flavors of a perfectly ripened tropical fruit, clarity of flavor, and a mysteriously pleasant experience that keeps us unconsciously finishing our cups much quicker than we mean to.
