Hambela Estate is a 200-hectare farm in the Guji Zone. Owned and operated by third-generation family business METAD, the estate includes a washing station and dry mill and is currently managed by Aman Adinew. METAD also runs Africa's first CQl-certified lab and uses top-tier quality control at its washing stations to support thousands of smallholder farmers. This lot was grown by the Alaka Farmers Association and processed with the fruit intact, and sundried.
