Processed using the natural, sun-dried method, this Pink Bourbon highlights bright and fruity notes; cherry and lychee. Despite the natural process, this coffee tastes remarkably clean and is balanced out by a mild acidity and subtle cacao finish. The resulting cup is impressive and expressive, and yet remains very pleasant to drink.
