This Huila has the fine balance we look for in coffees from Colombia: rich and full-bodied with notes of milk chocolate, walnut brownies, or dates, and rounded out with a pleasant citrus acidity. The finish is reminiscent of caramel or panela and perfectly accentuates the dried-fruit and cocoa notes in the cup.
