Santo is the combination of equal parts of two of our favorite Central American coffee origins; Colombia and Guatemala. The Colombia Timana was previously featured as a light drip roast as well as our shop espresso, expressing classic Colombian flavors; rich and chocolatey with a smooth citrus acidity. The Guatemala comes from the coveted Antigua region and presents a toasty, sugary sweetness. The resulting blend is a well-balanced, rich espresso that works well on its own as well as with milk.

We recommend allowing the espresso to age at least 10 days from the roast date for the best flavor and extraction.
