Ecuador Chirimoya


This Ecuador comes from a small farm collective that offers a proprietary blend of Caturra and Typica varietals, known as Chirimoya. We found that in the cup this coffee produces a mild acidity, with melon fruit flavors up front, comlimented by smooth chocolaty tones.
