This unique Colombia coffee is not just a single-variety coffee, but also utilizes a coffee plant that is most famously associated with El Salvador, the Pacamara. It is known for its extra large bean size, and creamy texture and complex flavors. In combination with the anaerobic natural process, the resulting cup tastes fruity and sweet, which a subtle cocoa finish.
